A space for entrepreneurs and innovators, travelers and locals. This Renaissance revival historic Grant Building in San Francisco, California was built in 1904. The renovation added one floor and a rooftop bar lounge both modernizing and preserving key historic details. A small retail area showcases local goods with the backdrop being a large scale two-story local artist commission. Multiple common areas encourage collaboration starting with the lobby lounge, to skybridge lounge, booths, meeting work spaces and kitchen.

This project was during my years as a designer for NICOLEHOLLIS
